Set-Up

In this phase, the governance and management of the intrapreneur groups are defined. The teams are introduced, the methodology is outlined, objectives and KPIs are defined, and areas of innovation are assigned.

Market discovery

In a first contact, in order to discover the universe in which they will focus their ideation, the participants must identify trends, behaviors, success stories, etc.

Problem discovery

The groups should focus on one of three identified opportunities to identify the main problems associated with each of them. This stage is crucial for the final quality and impact.

Solution discovery

The groups will come up with 3 business solutions to the problems from the previous phase. It is a stage to create realistically, keeping in mind that the final solution will be part of the organization.

Validation

It is time to prototype and test with real customers, for which concepts are transformed into artifacts that allow for validation. The results will feedback into the initial concept. It is about learning, reducing risks, and ensuring the fit between problem and solution.

Business plan

It's time to create a business plan for each of your concepts, which should numerically assess the impact of the solution. The goal is to validate the fit of the solution at the strategic, operational, and financial levels.

Pitch

It is time to prepare a presentation that details the value proposition, clearly conveying the business concept, sparking the audience's interest, and securing sponsorship for the project.
